Fairway Place
This entire home was renovated in just 3 months. The kitchen was updated to be more functional and to maximize the expansive sunny fairway view. A new kitchen wall helped to create a new bedroom on the main floor, to enable future living all on one level. Three bathrooms were redesigned to be more modern and light. The laundry room was relocated to maximize space, and a dumbwaiter was added to transport laundry. The living room fireplace was replaced and designed to include built-ins for the TV and storage.

The old laundry room is now a mud room.
The laundry room was relocated, and a dumbwaiter was installed to transport laundry upstairs to the laundry room and downstairs to the master closet.
