Modern Addition
This addition created a second story and transformed the overall style of this home. The tall ceilings, skylights and overall window placement work together to create a light, airy and private space with natural views. The kitchen, decks, main living area and master suite are now located upstairs, with teen bedrooms and their hangout space now downstairs. A separate new modern ADU was also designed and constructed as part of this project.
